Sara Marcum

I'm glad to see that West Virginia has a CCC Museum. If possible, I'd like to visit there sometime this summer. My father was a member of the CCC in a few camps in WV and also in NV. This news will be exciting for the "boys" when we have our annual CCC Alumni Reunion at Cabwaylingo State Forest the last Saturday in August. Our numbers are dwindling and we'd like to have more children and grandchildren attend to keep the memories alive.

My grandfather Orval O. Eubank was at camp Watoga in 1933. Later he was moved to Fort Knox KY to
CCC J49 Area N
Cpt. H. G. Davies
Co. Sgt. B. H. Hurt
this was in 1934 he passed away before the memorial was erected in Watoga in 1999. I don't know exactly what he did at either camp but thank you for giving me a place to research for the information.

Bryan Sherwood

My grandfather, Allen Sherwood, was part of the CCC (Company 2599, Camp S-76). I'm working on my family's genealogy and would love to hear from anyone who may have served with my grandfather.

Thanks.
