Frank James Scarcella of Harrison County, Camp Hardy, was inducted posthumously into the Hall of Fame.  Mr. Scarcella was from Enterprise, Harrison County. Scarcella served in the CCC at Camp Hardy, Mathias, West Virginia. After CCC service in World War II, Mr. Scarcella received the Purple Heart at Normandy and Sicily and Battle of the Bulge. He worked as a coal miner.
