Greetings, Richard Bailey referred me to your site. I’ve come to sign up to become a member of your association. I look forward to visiting your museum and the many CCC built facilities in West Virginia sometime in the near future. |

My father, Harry J. Pettigrew of Fairmont, WV, was the company clerk for his CCC camps in the eastern mountains. He loved the organization and “reupped” 3 times before joining the Marine Corps. I joined him at a couple of the reunions and loved to hear the stories. |

Lived in two Homestead houses growing up in Dailey and East Dailey, West Virginia. My Grandparents moved from Pendleton County to the “lowlands” of East Dailey, in the late 50’s where my Grandfather purchased substantial land that he farmed for over 40 years. |
