I am looking for my Dad Homer A Jeffrey who often discussed about his life in the CCC. He was from Clay County WV and I am trying to find out more about his life in the CCC. He was born Sept 15 1915.Does anyone know of what camp they would be stationed at. Thanks

I am looking for information about my great-uncle,
Lemuel Charles “Chuck” Higgins who was in the CCC and I am sure it was somewhere in West Virginia. I really have nothing about the CCC camp and location. I do know that he was born at
Smithfield, Wetzel County, West Virginia on
November 18, 1916, the son of Enoch and Hulda Jane (Hayhurst) Higgins. Can you please help.

My father, Harold McGreevy, worked at Company 519, Camp North Fork, F-11, Petersburg, West Virginia, in 1938 when he was 18 years old. I have the letters he wrote to his mother from camp. I would love to see a photo of the place if one exists. When we were little, Dad and Mom would take us camping at Smoke Hole and he showed us the bridges they built there when he was in the CCC Camp.

My father Ralph Adkins was in the three C’S as he called it , but dont know what dates or what camp ,just trying to find out . He was born in 1920 and died in 1981. He lived in cabell county . Thanks if you could give me any info .Sounds like the president sould take a page out of history and start the three c’s back up.

My grandfather, Harold T Boyles, originally from Philippi served at least 2 years with the CCC, probably before 1938. I would love to know if there is more info available on the members & the work they may have done while in the corp.
